STAFF RAISE £50 BBC CHILDREN IN NEED

Tracy got us to bring in our teddies to work and between us we managed to raise £50 for children in need. Well done Tracy for getting us motivated for such a good cause. PENN SCOOPS EGI ACCOLADES 2015

We have scooped two top accolades in the Estates Gazette Most Active Agency Awards. The annual awards are given by Estates Gazette Magazine. Not only did we win the EGI most active agent award, but Paul Keen also shared the top billing of most active dealmaker, an accolade won outright by our agent Beverley Jacobs two years ago. In its 19th year, at the 2015 Anglia Business Exhibition, Penn Commercial had a stand at Trinity Park, Ipswich on Wednesday 6th May 2015. NEW SCHEME WHISSTOCKS, WOODBRIDGE

Whisstocks, Woodbridge. This mixed use scheme is due to start construction in Jan 2016. The development will include retail units and a two storey restaurant/pub. There will be two A2 units for sale at Nunns Mill also part of the scheme. New units will be constructed to a shell specification and available to let.

EASTATES GAZETTE 5TH MOST ACTIVE 2013

Penn Commercial, established just five years ago, has figured strongly in this year’s Estates Gazette rankings of most active agents in the eastern of England. Despite tough competition from agencies with multiple offices, the Ipswich based agency achieved fifth position see press release.
