Penn Commercial has arranged the successful sale of Plot 1 Phase II & Units 7/7A Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market to Sizewell C provider, Flannery Plant Hire.
The industrial units comprise ca. 2,056.75 sq m (22,139 sq ft) on a site area of ca. 0.873 hectares (2.157 acres).
