Prepped has agreed a nine-year lease of this impressive, detached Class E unit, which comprises office suites of approximately 566.98 sq m (6,102 sq ft), with surrounding land and extensive on-site parking.
Prepped provides individual private tutoring and small group tuition (maximum of four children) for all school ages and abilities – from Key Stage One to A-Level – and prides itself on ‘putting our pupils’ educational enjoyment and success at the forefront of everything we do’.
Prepped operates in a variety of locations: Birmingham, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Felixstowe and Ipswich.
Penn Commercial has been working with Binder Partnership for a number of years, as its sole agent for the Business Park, and has let and re-let many of the units within the extensive estate.
Unit 14 Hill View Business Centre was previously occupied by Age UK Suffolk and Kinetic Science.
