We were privileged to hear from guest speaker Steve Flory, Chair of Ipswich Central, long-standing MD of Hudson Group and life-long Ipswich resident, on the exciting developments in Ipswich town centre and the plans for the regeneration of our town, such as the Stoke Bridge Wharf project that his team has been overseeing.
We were encouraged to hear from Steve that visitor numbers to the town centre have increased by 7-8% over the past year, and that Ipswich Central will be working with Ipswich Borough Council and other key stakeholders to deliver ambitious new projects over the coming months - including the rejuvenation of the town’s popular Arras Square.
