Penn Commercial is celebrating its first sale of 2026, with the investment sale of retail premises at 24 Tavern Street in Ipswich town centre - home to the Yours Clothing fashion store.
Penn worked with tech-enabled property investment agency Singer Vielle to negotiate the investment sale of the 609 sq m (6,555 sq ft) three-storey retail premises on behalf of the client - having also partnered on the investment sale of five adjoining retail premises in Dial Lane and Tavern Street for the same client in July 2025.
Vanessa Penn, Managing Director of Penn Commercial, said:

National fashion retailer, Yours Clothing, relocated from Sailmakers Shopping Centre to 24 Tavern Street - the former Ann Summers store - in Ipswich’s premier retail thoroughfare in August 2025, on a 10-year lease.
Yours Clothing’s operations are unaffected by the sale.
