Penn Commercial is pleased to have arranged the successful letting of Grade II Listed retail premises 4 St Nicholas Street to Musictakeaway Limited, for use as a vinyl records and music store, on a five-year lease, on behalf of a long-standing private client.
The stunning property was previously occupied by Idelo Travel agency for over 10 years, and covers approximately 125.20 sq m (1,347 sq ft) across three floors.
Musictakeaway Limited – which is based in Acle, Norfolk – specialises in original and reissue Vinyl LPs, 45s and EPs from the 1950s through to the present day, covering all genres, and has been looking to set up its first store in Suffolk.

Musictakeaway will be undertaking its fit-out of 4 St Nicholas Street shortly and will be opening to customers in the coming weeks.
