Penn Commercial is Suffolk’s leading independent commercial property agency, based at Ipswich’s picturesque Fox’s Marina.
Award-winning Penn was established by Vanessa Penn in 2007 and celebrated its milestone 15th anniversary in 2022.
We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Suffolk and Essex and utilise our expertise in the asset / facilities management of these properties.
The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, talented individual to join us. The role is varied and will include / require:
• Assisting the Head of Property Management and other departments
• Good IT skills
• Digital accounting experience
• Excellent customer service
• A full, clean Driving Licence
• Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferable
• A flexible approach – occasional out-of-hours working
Key Responsibilities:
• To undertake property inspections and viewings
• To liaise with tenants and contractors and supervise works
• To assist with rental and Service Charge invoicing and collection
• To maintain database records
• To undertake lease renewals and rent reviews, supported by in-depth training
Skills:
• A strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Good time-keeping
• A professional, customer-oriented manner
• Local knowledge of Suffolk and Essex preferable
