Penn Commercial has welcomed Danny Kelly to its Property Management and Commercial Agency team, with effect from 18th March 2024, working with the Head of Property Management, Paul Keen. Danny will complement Penn’s eight-strong team of knowledgeable experts.
Based at its Head Office at Fox’s Marina, Ipswich, Danny’s responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth running of Penn’s managed estate, including property inspections and viewings, and undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews. He will also be responsible for liaising with tenants and the coordination and general supervision of contractors for works and ongoing repairs.
Danny – a BA Honours graduate of the University of Lincoln – is a long-standing regional Operations Manager, with extensive experience within both commercial lettings and property management, on a UK-wide basis. He is NALS qualified within residential lettings, and has been responsible for over 400 properties regionally, including full property management.
Danny is committed to working with stakeholders to increase revenue, maximise occupancy and enhance the customer experience. He also has a wealth of facilities management experience, and has project-planned the development of property renovations to enhance tenant experience, to budget and to time.
