Tramco Cambridge announces three new lettings at its popular 50,000 sq ft neighbourhood shopping centre, at Ravenswood, on the south side of Ipswich, Suffolk.

Gridserve has installed eight ultra-high speed charging points in the car park to facilitate EV charging. Day Lewis, the multiple chemist, has opened a new shop - including 90.34 sq m (972 sq ft) Class E retail Unit J, let by Penn Commercial - and PureGym is now open in a new 13,000 sq ft unit on the site.

Bill Bartram of Tramco said:

"We are delighted with the new occupiers. Ravenswood has always been popular locally, and with these new facilities we have diversified and increased the appeal locally, and from the A14. We have already seen pedestrian traffic increase across the site."

Ravenswood has 14 retail units, including a Co-op store, PureGym, Day Lewis, MacDonalds, Subway and Ipswich Building Society. The Centre also includes a large Medical Centre, Day Nursery and Community Centre, and has its own car park with 160 spaces.
