Penn Commercial is pleased to have helped to grow the leisure amenity in Ipswich town centre with the letting of 1,038 sq m (11,172 sq ft) Trafalgar House – the former Yates’s, opposite Tower Ramparts Bus Station – to Sandeep Singh, for a new international food hall, on a 20-year lease. Work is ongoing on the building, and it is hoped that the new ‘Tower Street Food Hall’ will be open before Christmas. 

Penn Commercial is pleased to be appointed, together with FHP Property Consultants, as the agents to market Sailmakers Shopping Centre – in Ipswich's busy Tavern Street – to potential occupiers, partnering with Landswood de Coy LLP, a boutique investment and asset management agency, which will oversee the asset management of the property.

Penn Commercial has sold the long leasehold investment in the 65.5 sq m (705 sq ft) café premises at15a Regatta Quay, Ipswich, to Coffeelink Ltd, on behalf of a long-standing client. This popular venue on Ipswich's thriving Waterfront is operated by Harbour Deli Limited, trading as The Grazing Sheep, whose lease runs until April 2029. The café will operate as normal following the sale.
